Maintenance Agreement
Your heating and cooling maintenance will be perform in the Spring and the Fall. Furnace filters will be changed on each maintenance visit* Periodic maintenance of your heating and cooling equipment is important to keep it reliable and performing at the lowest utility cost. Standard Heating offers $25 off any annual commercial or residential service maintenance agreement for first time contracts.

Maintenance Service Includes:
- Operation of thermostat and replace batteries
- Clean condensor coil
- Operating pressures
- Clean & calibrate controls
- Lubricate motors, etc.
- Electrical controls
- All wire connections
- Check condensation pump (if applicable)
- Check belts, transformer & capacitors
- Check amperage draw
- Check refrigerant levels
- Clean condensation drain (if applicable)
- Replace air filters*
- Check blower wheel & bearings
- Instruct customer of adjustments
- Check refrigerant pipe insulation
- Check temperature difference across coil and heat exchangers
- Replace water panel (if humidifier included)
- Check operation of all safety controls.
*High efficiency filter (i.e. Air Bear) only necessary for once a year. Never an overtime charge for residential maintenance agreement customers. We also agree to provide repair service at a 15% discount on all parts.
